At the old ball game!
Hi everyone! You may remember that in the May edition of my update letter, I told you about a trip that I was going to take with my dad and my brother to Boston and New York to see some baseball games. Well, I did take the trip, and it was awesome!
However, I want to make sure I don't mislead you. I'm worried that it may have sounded like I was frivolously using the financial support you so generously provide to treat myself to this trip, and I just want you to know that this isn't the case. The majority of this trip was paid for by my family. I just came along, bought some of my food, and purchased a few souvenirs.
I am tremendously thankful for your support, and I wouldn't want you to think I've been using these funds carelessly. I value every single one of your contributions, and I am committed to using all of it responsibly and wisely. I realize that what I have is a gift from you and a gift from the Lord, and I am humbled every time I remember you and God’s provision for me through you. You may never have thought this, but if I did happen to give you the wrong impression, I apologize.
That being said, the trip itself turned out wonderfully! We endured some stress with multiple cancelled and delayed flights, and we also endured record-breaking temperatures throughout the trip, but getting to have this experience with my dad and my brother was worth it all. You can see a few pictures below!
That’s really all I have for this entry! Also, if you missed my last entry "Life-change in Lebanon," be sure to go back and read it. It’s an amazing first-hand glimpse of how God is using Keynote around the world. See you next time!
