A school of Mangofish
"Ladies and gentlemen, all the way from central Indiana, it's Mangofish!"

That's right. Mangofish is the band that I am tour managing this summer. And that (above) is the poster that the summer project media students designed for us! I am having a great time being a part of Mangofish, especially getting to connect and hang out with the students. So, I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce our school of Mangofish to you all, so you too can get to know these cool people!

JJ has been on staff with Keynote for 7 years. He has played drums and/or bass in a number of Keynote bands, and is currently the bass player for Giants of Silence (Keynote's full-time aggressive rock band). JJ is one of our team's co-directors, as well as the music director for the band. |

Lindsay has been on staff with Keynote for 2 years. She was a summer project student herself for two summers here! In her first year here as staff, Lindsay was a drummer for blue sky nine (Keynote's full-time acoustic rock band), and she is currently the drummer for Giants of Silence. She is our team's other co-director, as well as a communication coach. |

Brandon is from Appleton, Wisconsin, and will be graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee next year with a degree in art education. Brandon, as you can see, is an electric guitarist and a vocalist, and that is what he'll be doing with Mangofish this summer. |

 |
Sarah is from Dallas, Texas and is studying journalism at the Univeristy of Texas. Sarah has a great voice and will be using it as a vocalist in Mangofish this summer. |

Nolan is a drummer from Bellevue, Ohio. He attends Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio, where he is studying business. Nolan tells me he's played drums ever since he was little, and he's excited to be continuing that trend with Mangofish. |

Travis is from Vienna, West Virginia and is a graduate of West Virginia University. Travis was a summer project student here last summer, and decided to come back for more this year! He is playing bass and singing back-up vocals for Mangofish. |

Stephanie is a fellow Bobcat! She attends my alma mater, Ohio University, and is originally from Akron, Ohio. At school, Stephanie is studying audio production, and she is putting her education to good use as Mangofish's sound technician this summer! |

Ethan is on staff with Keynote, and came here about the same time as I did last fall. He is currently the lead electric guitar player for Giants of Silence, and is playing the same role in Mangofish this summer. Ethan is filling in for a student who is no longer able to tour with us. |

Josh is the tour manager for Mangofish this summer. He is an intern at Keynote and has been here for eight months. He is thrilled to be working with such an awesome group of staff and students, and is enjoying his new roles for the summer. He can't wait to get on the road with Mangofish and see the amazing things that will happen at the outreach concerts they'll be playing. Josh would like to thank you for stopping by his website and meeting all the great people he's spending his summer with. He hopes you have a great day! ;-) |
Be sure to check back here over the next few weeks for updates from the road during Mangofish's tour out west!
